When I think of Colleen and Corey as individual people, an image of the Yin/Yang symbol immediately comes to mind. Colleen is an uber organized, on-the-go, straight forward person who showed up to EVERY one of our appointments with her gigantic wedding binder filled with each and every detail of their day (sigh.. she really is a girl after my own heart! lol) and Corey is extremely reserved and easy going. Because of their very different personalities, it might appear that they would be the epitome of the phrase “opposites attract”; but beyond these differences, they also possess many core qualities that are very much the same. Colleen and Corey both are super sweet, realistic and delightful people that really know how to care for the people that they love and respect. When you see them together you just know that they are perfect for one another.

What a perfect day we had with this amazing couple. Although it was a little windy, the weather couldn’t have been more sublime for an October wedding. It was so exciting to be able to shoot both indoors at the beautiful Old Courthouse AND outside at Voinovich Park especially since both locations are “so very Cleveland”. Their perfect day continued as we made our way over to Weymouth Country Club, which by the way looked absolutely stunning thanks all of the little personal touches Colleen had laid out, which is probably why her aforementioned binder was so big! 🙂 Maybe it was the delicious food, or the killer sounds from TKO Entertainment, or maybe it was just the wonderful couple that they were all there to celebrate with, but you could tell that EVERYONE in attendance was having a spectacular time. It was hard to say goodnight.
