A Summer Wedding at St. Mary Parish in Hudson and Fay Family Farm in Bath

What an honor it was to be selected to photography Jackie and Connor’s wedding day. We had shot Jackie’s sister’s, Hope, and Justin’s wedding three years ago and were so excited to hear that the reception was going to be at the same location. We fell in love with the rustic beauty of the Fay Family Farm and we were thrilled to be going back.

We arrived to Jackie’s parent’s jam-packed house, completely filled with family members and bridesmaids scurrying about trying to find space to get ready. Among all the chaos we found our beautiful bride, calm and cool as could be. I suppose growing up with seven siblings really allows you to drown out all the mayhem. Her relaxed nature continued throughout the morning creating a smooth pace which almost seemed surreal. It seemed as nothing was going to ruffle her feathers. Not even when I called her Hope… again and again – lol.

Our next stop was to St. Mary Parish in Hudson to meet up with our handsome groom. Although he was clearly anxious when we first arrived, Connor really brought his A-Game. You could never tell by his photos that he was surprisingly more nervous than Jackie. After their beautiful Catholic ceremony concluded, we made our way over to the Fay Family Farm in Bath. It was just as we had remembered; a little slice of country heaven but this time with a chic flare. The perfect background to create gorgeous images of this striking couple.

Jackie and Connor’s reception couldn’t have been a more perfect reflection of whole the two of them: down-to-earth, lively and super fun! You can see why they are adored by all of their friends and family members… and we absolutely adore them as well. We always LOVE when our couples agree to momentarily step away from their reception for “evening romantic” photos. It’s so nice to get some alone time with them and get in touch with who they really are. Jackie and Connor were so gracious to give us their time not once, but twice during the evening. We must admit that their generosity was well rewarded.

Jackie and Connor, the two of you make such a dynamic pair and we couldn’t be happier for you. You had such an amazing wedding and we cannot thank you enough for rolling with all our “crazy” ideas. We hope that you love these favorites from you day as much as we do. Enjoy!
