It is always so refreshing professionally to get to serve such sweet, fun-loving people like Rachael, Mikhail and their family and friends. Besides the fact that their location was a perfect reflection of their personalities (he’s from the country and she’s a total city girl), we’d never had the opportunity to shoot at Century Farms before. All of these things made it an extremely exciting change of pace for us. Oh yeah… plus they’re so unbelievably cute together!
The love that these two share for one another is almost fairytale-like. Can I just say that I’ve never seen a groom post so many adorable comments on about his soon-to-be-bride on Facebook! Regular status updates about how excited he was to be marrying the love of this life and how blessed he felt to have her. But what really put the icing on the cake was when Mikhail serenaded Rachel with an acoustic rendition of Travis Tritt’s “Love Of A Woman” during their reception. AWE!!! SWOON!!!
Rachel and Mikhail, your outdoor wedding at Century Farms was an event your friends and family will never forget. Between your incredible cake by Ulman’s Bakery and the incomparable Ety Brainard from Roses for Weddings creating your stunning florals, your day couldn’t have been a better likeness of you two: fun, inviting and beautiful. Thank you for giving us the honor of being by your side as you made memories that will last a lifetime — and beyond. We hope you love looking back on them as much as we loved being there with you.
